Metal, specialty shingles and full siding replacement in Lake Kiowa
From our Decatur office we take on whole-roof and whole-house projects in Lake Kiowa and across Cooke County. Homes open to wind off the water are good candidates for standing seam, which has no exposed fasteners across the roof field, and on any roof we plan how the edges and ridges are fastened.
- Specialty and designer shingles. Designer and luxury shingles and slate-look and shake-look shingles for homes where the roof is part of the look.
- Standing seam and other metal. 26-gauge standing seam, plus 26-gauge R-panel, stone-coated steel and metal shingles and tile. We form our standing seam panels in-house on our own roll formers and standing seam machine, and our own crew installs them.
- Premium shingle systems. Impact-rated shingle systems from the manufacturers we're certified with (GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning and Atlas). Class 3 is our minimum and Class 4 is available, with TDI Form PC068 for your insurer. Credits vary by company.
- Full siding replacement. Whole-house siding replacement, done with the roof, gutters, soffit and fascia in one project when you want everything to match.

About Lake Kiowa
Lake Kiowa is a lake community on Farm Road 902 about seven miles southeast of Gainesville, established in 1967. TSHA says its 1,800 acres once held a private 600-acre lake on Indian Creek, two beaches and an 18-hole golf course, and that it was popular with North Texas families as a resort within an hour of the Metroplex.
Lake Kiowa is a Census-designated place, not an incorporated city, so the Census Bureau publishes no annual population estimate for it.
