Maintenance
Scheduled inspections with written, photo-documented reports.
Our commercial jobs use TPO, modified bitumen or a roof coating system, depending on the building, its current roof and its budget. We recommend one system for your building and explain why in writing. Manufacturer certifications:
What property managers get
- A commercial roof condition report with photos, problem areas, and a repair, restore or replace budget
- Response time:
- Maintenance program:
- Certificate of insurance on request. Bonding:
- Commercial warranty: a 10-year transferable workmanship warranty, plus 10- to 20-year NDL (no-dollar-limit) manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer coverage depends on the product and brand, and on the project qualifying for that manufacturer's program. We put the exact warranty for your roof in writing.
- Work scheduled around your tenants and operations
Recent low-slope work: TPO east of Decatur
Our most recent TPO job is a residential flat roof on a pueblo-style home just east of Decatur: white TPO membrane, parapet wraps on several roof levels, corners, skylight curbs and scuppers. It isn't a commercial building, but it's the same membrane and the same detailing we use on commercial low-slope roofs. Our scope was the roof only. See the project.
One contractor for the whole building
We also handle commercial gutters, siding, windows and exterior painting, so you can work with one contractor and one schedule.
